The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of this website and any of the content available on or through this website, including any derived content (the "Website" or HolaEuros.com), ("we" or "HolaDev OÜ") has made the Website available to you. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at any time without notice, by posting such changes on the Website. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Website in any other manner.
This general Membership Agreement between you (member, user, or advertiser) and HolaDev OÜ sets the terms of your membership.
You must carefully read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by clicking the "register" button.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, HolaDev OÜ is unwilling to allow you to become a Member.
Members / Users
- Inactive members may have their accounts suspended and lose the balance of any account, memberships, points, referrals, and advertising credits. We delete accounts after 90 days of inactivity.
- Users providing false information, including their full name, upon registration or when changing their personal settings, will have their account suspended.
- You can only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account, or all your accounts will be canceled. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information, all you need to do is request that it be emailed to you.
- Auto-Click / Software. If you are offering, promoting, or using any unauthorized third-party software or service that is used to auto-click, auto-surf, alert, circumvent, or defraud HolaDev OÜ, your account will be canceled without prior notice. Account deletion due to any of these violations results in the loss of all account balances. Please note that legal action may also be taken.
- Anti-Cheating Policy. Every attempt, in any way, to use auto-click software, to log in to our system using third-party software, or to hack the registration system will result in action. When you request a payment, our monitoring system will analyze your account and take its own actions.
- Any attempt to hack or abuse our system will result in permanent account suspension.
- Having a username that we deem inappropriate may result in your account suspension.
- Logging in from proxy servers or shared network environments (e.g., schools, LAN devices, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
Payments to Members / Users
- We process payments via Uphold, PayPal, Skrill, MoneyGram, Neteller, and bank transfers.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is €5.
- Accounts must be 7 days old to request their first payment.
- Members must verify their identity before requesting a payment.
- Members must upload a profile picture before requesting a payment.
- Payments will be processed every Monday and Thursday unless stated otherwise or for any reason we change or postpone payments.
- Once the withdrawal has been processed and HolaDev OÜ has made the payment, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held liable for any problems caused by payment processor companies.
- Members can withdraw their earnings regardless of their membership type or country.
- Ensure that the payment processor account you create is with a company that allows payments in your country.
- Make sure you have logged in from a computer within the physical boundaries of that nation.
- All payments will be sent to the preferred account and cannot be canceled or refunded after they have been sent by HolaDev OÜ.
- We strictly do not refund account balances after payments have been successfully sent. It is your responsibility to fill in your details correctly.
- For security reasons, HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and request further information from the member.
- For security reasons, HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to request proof that you are the legitimate owner of your payment processor and your HolaEuros account if we find it suspicious.
- If you do not provide proof documentation within 5 business days, your account will be suspended, and all earnings will be removed.
Payments to HolaDev OÜ
- You may make purchases or place orders on HolaEuros only with the balance available in your HolaEuros account.
- At no time will we ask you to send us money or payments from your bank accounts, credit cards, or payment processors unless an exception is added in the future.
- At no time will we ask for your payment processor password or any other password.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order and not refund the money if the user fails to provide the requested information within the established deadlines.
- HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to refund an order and not process it when the product or service is unavailable.
Member / User Commission
- Members who submit false or inaccurate information about actions, offers, or surveys ("View Ads" or "Offerwalls") will result in the action, offer, or survey being rejected, and the account suspended.
- Advertisers who find false or inaccurate information will notify HolaDev OÜ through an automated process, and the account will be suspended without prior notice.
- Members receiving a large number of denied registrations will have their accounts flagged and will not be able to participate in actions for 7 days.
Improper Use of the Website
- Using hidden Iframes to promote the PTP link will result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.
- Attempting to hide information or abuse any website error will result in account suspension without prior notice.
- Entering incorrect information will result in account suspension.
- Attempting to increase traffic or clicks fraudulently will result in account deletion.
Refund Policy
- After successfully processing user payments, no refunds will be made. If any user encounters payment issues, they must contact their payment processor or bank account directly.
- The HolaEuros support team will always be there to guide users and try to help resolve issues, as well as provide proof of correct payment submission.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order and not refund the money if the user fails to provide the requested information within the established deadlines.
- HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to refund an order and not process it when the product or service is unavailable.
Rights and Responsibilities
- Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or notification. If we decide to provide notice, we will notify you via email. If caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without prior notice. Please note that, due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system and confidentiality agreements with our partners, we cannot disclose any detailed information or discuss the reason.
- Accusations: Any accusations without proof, false representations, intimidation, threats, or disrespect against HolaEuros and/or HolaDev OÜ staff/assistants, here or elsewhere, will be considered disrespectful and may lead to the loss of privileges, permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership, or any other benefits.
- Relationship: You are not an employee of HolaDev OÜ nor an independent contractor of HolaDev OÜ. We simply act as an intermediary between the advertiser and the consumer. Either you or HolaDev OÜ has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
- Responsibilities: HolaDev OÜ will not be held responsible for delays or performance failures caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, work stoppages, fires, government acts, or any other cause beyond our control. HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, terms, and conditions of membership or to cancel services at any time without prior notice. HolaDev OÜ, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any product or service of other companies or partners participating in the program.
- Warranty: HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without warning. We are not responsible for violations committed by members of HolaEuros.com; it is your responsibility to periodically review the terms.
- Security: At HolaDev OÜ, we take user security very seriously. All passwords are encrypted. No person or company outside HolaDev OÜ will have access to the website database or files at any time. For more information, read our privacy policy.
- Errors: We cannot guarantee that the site may or may not have vulnerabilities. Any user exploiting any area of HolaEuros will result in account cancellation and loss of all funds. Please note that legal action may also be taken.
- Reserves: HolaDev OÜ reserves the right to modify, edit, delete, or rename your account at any time with or without prior notice.
- Copyright: HolaDev OÜ is copyright 2017-2025. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, re-coding, modifying, or copying HolaEuros at any time. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the services are and will remain the exclusive property of HolaDev OÜ and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Estonia, the European Union, and foreign countries. Unless you have explicit authorization from HolaDev OÜ, nothing in the Terms grants you the right to use the name HolaDev OÜ or any of HolaEuros' trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
- HolaEuros is an independent site: By registering and using our services, you grant us the irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide right (with the authorization to sublicense) to use, copy, publish, distribute, store, execute, transmit, scan, modify, edit, read, translate, adapt, redistribute, and block any content deposited on the portal.
